Dr Kennedy gave my step-father a possible new diagnosis and failed to discuss his medications or follow up on the new diagnosis. His nurse and other staff were rude, lied my mother and to me and misplaced important paperwork. When we complained they dropped my step-father as a patient.

They don't make doctors like Dr. Kennedy anymore.
He cares, really cares and the patient feels cared for. He is intelligent, knowledgeable and has integrity.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
