They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their equipment was super advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed with how high-tech everything was. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. He is a great listener and sets up tests to determine my possible treatments as promptly as he can. An overall enthusiastic and effective doc.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
