I am a long time patient and because he's such a good doctor I haven't looked for a new one. His office staff, however, is HORRIBLE! I have witnessed them arguing amongst themselves, hanging up on patients, and being completely unprofessional.
As far as how I have been treated, they do not return phone calls, cannot find medication dosages within files and therefore have to call THE PATIENT in order to get the dosage. My prescription has been submitted twice this week for insurance approval and twice they have put the wrong dosage on the request.
I do not understand what the ladies in the front office problems are, but they have a daily impact on those of us who are currently taking maintenance medication(s). Due to their carelessness, patients suffer the consequences.
Again, Dr. Aquitania is a fantastic doctor, but his office staff is horrible! I feel for any patient who has to regularly deal with their poor treatment.
