Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They refused to allow me anyplace to lie down, even though I had broken my neck and back! They were so slow and behind with other patients, I finally had to just lie down on what was a filthy, soiled, floor that didn't appear to have ever been cleaned! Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. The appt. reports were nothing but falsehoods! This bastard even put his lies in writing, under oath! All he is interested in is getting his inflated bills paid by the patient - he could care less if they die!!

Am surprised that someone who he has screwed over hasn't already killed him! Anyone who finally does, should never be charged with a crime, but actually be presented with a medal for removing this piece of perverted vermin from the face of the Earth!!
