Dr. Brandes retired 5 yrs ago! I was his patient. All of these other reviews are bogus!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
