Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, . When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The doctor diagnosed me when no one else could.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

I am, in fact, Dr. Schlatter and am appalled by this website, which allows individuals to "flame" physicians that somehow do not meet their needs. I don't seem to have any rights in this situation. Let me assure the reader that I have an excellent reputation in Napa and have always strived to provide compassionate care to all individuals, regardless of their personality, ethnicity, disability, etc. Obviously, this individual is highly biased and I feel confident that a survey of my patients would reveal that 95% of them are extremely satisfied with my care. I will remind the reader that I treat patients with brain injuries, dementia, substance abuse, and psychiatric conditions, so it is impossible to get 100% of these patients to be happy with their physician. It is well known amongst physicians that the satisfied patients never feel a need to go on these particular websites. Now, I will see whether Wellness.com will allow me to publish this reply.
