Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I had a major reaction to the drugs they put me on and it took them over 2 weeks to get back to me...only to have me book my appointment in another 2 weeks. I ended up taking myself off those drugs. I found out more about my condition from the internet than from the doctor. Very poor patient relations.
