Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, but I can always find a seat

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait 40 minutes for him. He ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
