If you would have asked me last month, I would have given him 5 stars but then I didn't need him to call me back. Nothing was out of the ordinary. But when you have epilepsy and your seizure meds stop working and you call the office two days in a row pleading for them to please call in a new prescription to no avail. 1 star is 1 star too many. In my opinion, he should not be practicing medicine if he has that little regard for his patients!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
