I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I very much appriciate the fact that dr. Jacobo takes the time to really examine the patients medical history. I felt he & his staff were very qualified and knowledgeable.
