Dr. Cobb explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing this treatment plan. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel at ease. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I would gladly recommend Dr. Cobb to anyone needing this type of treatment, and I will want him to be my surgeon in the future.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
