He confirmed my Lyme disease about 30 years ago at a late stage and he gave me antibiotics until I was symptom free. It was the biggest relief ever as many doctors refused to believe back then that you could contract Lyme in Southern California. Dr. Ling is THE BEST - caring, thorough and a down-to-earth provider. He and his front office assistant, also his wife, were the sweetest couple ever.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
