This Doctor is out of touch with current medical advances. He is arrogant and condescending when treating patients. He feels he knows everything and cuts patients off when they are trying to voice concerns. FInd someone else. This guy should have retired years ago.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
