I went to this doctor for pain management as well as support in other areas I guess I should have read the reviews because she is not there for her patients and enables her staff to drop the ball. If it's care your looking for just keeping looking I switched to a man in Santa Rosa.

I had heard good things. Went to office all the dr did was complain about her staff. I went for pain and youth enhancers were shoved down my thoat. Can not believe i waited over an hour for this.NEVER AGAIN.

Dr. Dee has been my pain management physician for many years. She cares about her patients and is always willing to give time to those with chronic conditions that she sees continually and doesn't ever just rush me out the door. I worked in the medical field for many years and her style and bedside manner is hard to come by. She listens to me because she said that no one knows my body better than I do and by allowing patients to become one with their treatment plan gives me better control of my painful symptoms because I am not on a regimine that makes no sense, controlled by a doctor that does not care. I give my friend and Dr. a "two-thumbs up" for her intelligence and knowledge in dealing with issues surrounding chronic pain and long term medication management.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
