I talked to Shilpi Anand. The appointment definitely felt rushed even though I am pretty sure Dr Anand was highly knowledgeable. It felt like she was getting me out of the room quickly since I had a pretty easy case so she was just going through all the procedure information. That or she just talks quickly so that was the impression I was getting. I had a really poor experience scheduling my appointment. It took me about 15 days between initial phone call with one person then back and forth with Vickie. I was getting called at 7pm at night to schedule or emails about scheduling but then no replies when I sent an email back to try and pick a date. I also got offered an unavailable time as well so when I tried to confirm it, I was then told it wasn't an option. In total it took 19 emails back and forth to set up this appointment despite being told to 'reply as soon as possible' to schedule. Also a very confusing experience with trying to send my medical records over because I signed a form saying I authorized them to contact my doctors to get the records but when I followed up to confirm it had been received, first I was told the clinic had my records, then told that was wrong, and that I had to call my other doctor to send them over.
Dr Engler was amazing! He is super knowledgeable and paid attention to each problem I wanted to discuss. The only feedback for improvement I have is the delays experienced waiting after my allergy test for the results to be read.
Scheduling my appointment was handled very efficiently. The clinic staff reached out to me about the costs before my appointment. The appointment itself was handled very professionally. All the staff were courteous. Dr. Engler took time to explain things in detail and patiently answered all my questions. It gave me a lot of confidence that I would have a clear resolution to my allergy issues.
