They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I have been seeing Dr. Levee for 20 years and have always had. The best care from her and her staff. I misplaced Dr. Levee's card and was just on Google to get her telephone numbers when I saw the previous review. That person has made a terrible error. Dr. Levee is an excellent and caring doctor.

I don't know when the previous reviewer was there, but I have been going to Dr. Levee for several years and have never had any of the negative experiences she mentions. All the staff are professional and friendly as is Dr. Levee. I have never seen anyone named David in the office. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes when I arrive. It does not take long to get an appointment. The doctor is relaxed and takes time to talk to me about my life and any problems I might be having. She follows up on everything we discuss. I would defintely recommend her.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
I would never ever recommend this doctor for a full physical. OR rather never recommend this doctor for any exam. The doctor is booked out for months and has no time to see new patients. What I still haven't understood is why do doctors take on more patients than they can handle? Its been over 5 months since I signed up for this doctor and I am still to have my first appointment with the doctor. The first time I went in, I saw the assistant David. That too after I had to wait a good 45 -55 mins before I saw anyone. Because I was so frustrated waiting, I decided to speak to someone and when I walked in, I see David merrily chatting on the phone.

I have a strong feeling that all these positive reviews you see on this site are written by one of the members on this team. The people at the front desk are rude, as noted by other Yelpers. You can never get an appointment, ever! The first avail date is usually a month and a half out. And they take 2.5 hour lunch breaks. Which clinic does that? If you work from 8:30 AM to 5 PM on just FOUR weekdays AND on top of that, you take TWO hour lunch breaks, how many hours do you actually work? On several occasions these people promised to call my pharmacy for a prescription refill and never did, so I reach the pharmacy for a pick up and realize they havent called it in! If you ever wish to speak with the doctor, be warned, you will never get the chance to speak with her on the phone. The assistants promise to call you back after consulting the doctor and never call back. I thought I will give these guys a chance to show that they are worth it, but with all these many hassles, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

I am so bummed by the service that I decided to open a new Yelp account, just so that I can warn people and prevent others from bad experiences like mine! DO NOT go to this doctor, you are warned!
