Dr. Dhadwal's office staff is rather unprofessional. They do not seem to know how to properly submit medical authorization forms, resulting in long delays in patient treatment. Moreover, his staff repeatedly fails to follow through on what they say they will do (e.g., they will assure you they will fax you something or call back with follow up information, but very often fail to actually do so). In short, his office staff appears not to know what they are doing, or to care. Dr. Dhadwal himself is fine.
