Dr. Fukuda does not seem focused on the patient, nor on preventative care. I have insurance coverage yet have never experienced a complete physical exam to my knowledge in the many years I have been seeing him. If I become sick, I've never been able to be worked in that day and have to go to Urgent Care. His staff does not have a caring attitude and does little to make you feel valued as a patient. They do take care of insurance promptly and Dr. Fukuda is friendly .. just not focused.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I have been a patient of Dr. William Fukuda and/or his father, Dr. Paul Fukuda, for around 15 years had found both to be very professional and they have provided a extremely high level of care. Dr. William Fukuda and his staff have made it a pleasure to do business with and I have every confidence in their expertise. I have worked with other specialists and found Dr. Fukuda to be exceptional in his "bedside manner" and talk "to me" rather then "at me" during my visits.

I would highly recommend him to anyone needing medical care and have found his "preventative" recommendations to be extremely valuable as well as ongoing care.
