I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Dr. Peters does put forth a hurried exterior but he trys to stay on schedule so you don't have to wait an hour to see your doctor. As a primary care physician he takes the time to investigate. He will not be content to do the routine. he may start at a routine standard for treatment but it is because you have to start there and move forward. AND most important to me which has never happened in 30 years of doctor care I actually sit in his office each visit with my folder to go over what is happening. No sitting in a paper gown on a table for half an hour. I always have a list and we go over each question. No list it goes faster. He may seem scattered but he is always thinking of you and this is just the way he processes. I know that the time we do not chat in the office is balanced by the time he spends thinking about my case and investigating.
