I find the staff and doc to be very kind, prompt and supportive. The office seems pretty busy but i have found his nurse and front desk staff to be very friendly. Doc S is great, real easy to talk to (even about embarrassing situations and pesky bugs). His expertise is in HIV but I find him very thorough and interested in primary care issues as well (which is what I go to him for). An added plus is he is also gay friendly! My only complaint is parking, which can be a little pricey, but try to find a doctor's office which isn't. Overall, I highly recommend Doctor S.
I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
