They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting room here is spacious and the doctor is right on time and created a great plan of action. She is very knowledgable, caring and accessible.
