I had ovarian cysts that were noted on ultrasound and advised followup in 6 months. dr e never told me this, nor did she order any follow-up. Didn't find out until 18 months later, when a hysterectomy was required because the cysts had grown.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I was being treated by Dr. Escalante for several months for high blood pressure and anxiety and depression.( July 2011 - Nov 2011.) She put me on medical leave for this condition.
I was very shocked that she charged me $150 to fill out a few pages of information that needed to be submitted in order for me to get my benefits. None the less, I paid the $150. A couple of months after being treated, I needed some time sensitive information to go to my supplemental insurance my work provides. I told Dr. Escalante this, and her staff. I was very pro-active making calls to the office. Dr Escalante failed to provide this needed information, and my claim was denied. I appealed my claim. The doctor at the insurance company tried to contact Dr. Escalante TWO times to verify my information. She did not return that call. As a result, my claim was denied. The impact for me, is a monetary loss of about $5000, as well as causing me more stress and anxiety. I would not recommend Dr. Escalante to anyone. My friend that referred me to her was shocked and disgusted by Dr. Escalantes actions.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
