I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
