This doctor can't seem to remember anything about me or my condition and we have to start from square one each time I saw him. It had only been one week since last visit and he still didn't remember anything from that visit.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was so impressed with what was accomplished after just one visit; I left feeling extremely satisfied. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
