I have been with Dr Wickes for five years and complement him on the personal interest he has devoted to my health. He doesn't hesitate to refer me to the proper professional if I need an opinion or treatment. He is very attentive to my opinions of self diagnosis. ( in other words he listens to my complaints)

Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Wickes for several years. We both think he is a very kind doctor who is truly concerned about our health. His staff is always friendly and helpful.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
