They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was given a B12 shot for swelling, numbness, diabetes, and sharp shooting pains that generated from my neck into the side of my head. I was offered a prescription for pain pills and I refused it. I felt that I was made out to be a pill head looking for a fix. I was asked irrelevant questions and then given nasty looks or other unpleasant non verbal gestures once I answered the questons. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I called the week of April 18th and was told they were not taking walk ins because the doctor was not in that week. I felt this was untrue. I had a very terrible experience at this doctors office.
