I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

I was unhappy with the type of care that I have given considering I was a first time patient. Although an appointment was scheduled and I arrived on time, I spent about a half hour in the waiting room, until being called in, and then waiting another ten minutes in the examination room. No physical exam was done other than the usual vital signs, no blood work was ordered for baseline lab findings to determine whether I had any abnormal findings. Considering I initially sought care for wrist pain, as well as breast pain, he spent at most 2-3 minutes with me in consultation before diagnosing the conditions and sending me away, not giving me a chance to ask questions or explain my family history of breast cancer, cervical cancer and uterine cancer. Instead I had to wait another half hour for his receptionist to give me a prescription for anti-inflammatory and an order to see a specialist. As for the breast pain, he stated that the anti-inflamatory would help yet no Ultrasound or mammogram was ordered. Also, while waiting in the waiting room, I overheard other patients complain about the same lack of care.
