Dr. Gish, just want to thank you for being part of the Liver Transplant team in August, 1989, that provided me with my transplant.Some other members were, Dr. Waldo Concepcion, Carlos Esquivel, Joanne Imperiale, (spelling ??) And more. This August will mark my 30th Anniversary, and I am sure you, nor anyone else expected THAT! And though my Immune system has been responsible for MANY maladies, surgeries, conditions, over the years, my transplanted liver has been steady and dependable. I turned 74 on Jan. 19th, and still am an active volunteer in my community, though I do move slower and can not kick as high as I use to. Ha, Ha.
