One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. They had a friendly attitude, and made me feel at home. I appreciated the warm welcome. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I really like Dr. Wolf, he takes time to answer all your questions. You never feel rushed.

They made an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listened to every question or concern I may have. All my questions were answered, and I felt comfortable about the procedure. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly. Their office was quiet and I was able to relax very easily. I did have to wait a couple of hours for the procedure because there was someone ahead of me that took longer. At the time I was a little disturbed, but now I'm just glad that it went smoothly without any problems other than waiting.
