I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
