They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The office was easy enough to find.
