Doc (Dr. Nounnan) is an urgent care dr. so, unfortunately, I can't request him as my main physician, however, Doc listens, asks questions, then follows with hands-on exam/assessment (many don't), then treats his patient. He CARES. I hope they didn't break the mold when he was created!! The system needs more easy going, SMART, caring, kind, patient Doc's like this gentleman.Doc puts you at ease immediately. I feel safe and he's calm - oh and he's funny too:)
PS If I was a young dr. I'd shadow him as much as possible.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. What I liked best, was this doctor's knowledge and open-minded perspective regarding medicine.
