I found Dr. Fong and his colleagues to be thoughtful, courteous, and concerned. Dr. Fong answers my questions and considers alternatives. I didn't experience him going too quickly to a diagnosis or being rigid or distant when I wanted to talk further. While the receptionists are at times very busy and preoccupied, I have not felt they were rude, and I have been impressed by how much the people who answer the phone know about medications and medical procedures—they aren't "just" receptionists. The medical assistants are also very thorough and helpful. Dr. Fong and everyone on his team seem to have a sense of humor, which enhances my ability to communicate with them.
