The office itself is in a quaint old building in Redlands-not the usual doctors office. Dr. Wilson himself has a good bedside manner and is willing to answer questions. He ordered an MRI for the back problems I have been in agonizing pain over for which I was very thankful. However, I received a call several days later saying my insurance had denied my MRI (1 day before the scheduled appt). Upset at my insurance because I am barely able to walk I contacted our benefits manager at our company and asked him to contact our insurance which he promptly did. It turned out that the insurance did not deny the MRI-they were waiting for Dr. WIlson to call them back and verify the issues I am having. After finding this out I called Dr. Wilson's office to ask if he could please contact them as it had been several days and my problem is only getting worse (likely a herniated disc based on X-rays at urgent care since Dr. WIlson's office couldn't get me in soon enough). The staff there told me that since Dr. Wilson's office was switching to a new system where you have to pay extra (something around $900) to be a patient of his and I had not opted in to that program (many other of his patients hadn't either), he would not be taking the time to respond to my insurance so I could get the MRI. I am still a patient of Dr. Wilson's through the end of the month and this type of care is unacceptable. I would not suggest going to an office where the staff are so obviously uncaring, especially when lost time could cost you long term health problems (in my case possible nerve damage).

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
