Dr. Chai, Vanessa, and Ashley are the most amazing dream team. My parents had their new patient appointments today and could not stop raving about each and everyone of them. Dr. Chai conducted the entire appointment in Chinese, and even stayed through his lunch to get to really know them and their history. Dr. Chai really epitomizes the "family" in family practice. Thank you so much for giving us the invaluable peace of mind that our parents are in good hands!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not really, I was a little uneasy

Dr. Chai takes the time to explain everything and is truly concerned for his patients. Furthermore he promotes preventive health and prods his patients to take care of themselves. He tries to get his patients to eat right, get plenty of exercise and rest. An excellent primary physician.

Their office was one of the quietest places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I will absolutely return. I had an very good experience. The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
