My grandson was brought to this immediate care with a fever of 104 and fluid draining from his ear. Although he has dual insurance, one being medi cal because he is disabled, they refuse to see him because he has medi-cal. Even when my daughter offered to pay cash for the visit they still refused treatment and referred them to other places in town. I am an ER nurse and nurse manager, my daughter a nurse. This is illegal because they are triaging based on insurance! Not only will I be writing a letter to the physicians that own this medical center but, will be filing a complaint with the state and medical board. My grandson now has a ruptured tempanic membrane.
