They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. My appt was at 10:30 it was already 11 , and I ask how long more she said you are the next one, so I sat back down well I was not the next one 3 more patients went in before me, I don't like to be lied to, and I won't go back to that office ever again, you would think me being a new patient that they would want to make a good impression on me, but they didn't all they show me is how awful the is!!!
