They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I went to Dr. Jeng Li for Infertility, she has a record for helping women who have had failed IVF and after her treatment there have been successful pregnancies. She does prescribe a lot of herbs though but she is very nice and professional.
