Office staff is helpful when you have questions, but not very friendly. Jing Li is very knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to be genuinely interested in her patients. She seems to be knowledgeable and helpful in a multitude of conditions, but it takes time. Results will not be seen over night. She is an MD, accupuncturist, and trained in a special skill that I don't thoroughly understand, but it seems to work. I get results with her that I do not get with other accupuncturists. She worked miracles with my husband's ear problems and has helped me with numerous issues involving pain over the years.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
