Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. He didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. He barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It's shocking how little they seem to care about patients. From my experience It appears as if Patients are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
