I have visited 4 times last year, one of the best doctors I have ever had in my life, he listens, he diagnoses, he takes his time to make sure everything has been addressed with your concerns, old school doctor to patient time,

Unlike all these new doctors always in a hurry rushing your through the corral like cattle.

Overall he is a great doctor, knows his craft and treats you like family.

DR. Chen goes out of HIS way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort he makes to avoid that here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Dr. Chen is by far one of the best doctors I have ever been too. It is a shame that his nurses are very rude, and worse, they will invade your personal patient information and try and bully your FRIENDS and YOU if you happen to speak up about any negative experiences with them. One nurse literally has NEVER called me personally for a negative review revealing her inappropriate actions, mind you in the very same review the very first statement is how much of an amazing doctor Dr. Chen is. HOWEVER she did feel it necessary to find the number for another patient, who I AM NOT related to, and somehow found out I was her Friend and is now calling HER asking her to convince me to remove the review because the nurse is afraid the doctor will see it. This invasion of privacy and going behind my back about something I wrote is why I unfortunately no longer feel welcome at his office, despite the fact that I have been going there for over a YEAR AFTER the incident without any issues. I LOVE Dr. Chen, he is so attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. But his staff is why I may never go back. Blatantly ABUSING their abilities as a nurse to HIDE her actions is unacceptable with ANY business or practice. If I were to try and BULLY a Customers Friend into removing someone else's review for something I had done to them I would be FIRED. I do not feel like I will be giving ANY decent level of service from HER if I went there again, despite the fact that I do desperately need to get my medication. Oh well, looks like It's time to find a new provider. It's ashamed because there are not enough amazing doctors like Dr. Chen.
