Dr Chen always late to appointments. Very concerned about you hearing his opinion, but not listening to yours - and after listening to his ranting charged me for a 'consultation fee' which I immediately refused to pay. As a doctor he seems to be ok, but as a human being he is self righteous and condescending.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
