Having been to several doctors before finally settling on Dr. Fiscella, I can say with confidence that her office staff, Nurse Practicioner (Sheila D) and the Doctor herself have always been stellar. Dr. F. is an astute judge of character. Throughout the years I've found that a small description from me has brought forth a comment that enlightened my understandings. She is brisk but friendly, highly intelligent and tends to speak to me at a level I appreciate, answering questions as we go. I go with a list to all my doctors, don't you? Both the Dr. and NP remember details about my life that impress one regarding their compassion and interest in people. Wait time is rarely more than a few minutes, appointments are reasonably available, and there's a parking lot too.

Now I'll tell you a story. Yrs ago an elderly friend needed a flu shot but Kaiser had her wait for well over an hour standing in line (it is better now). She had to go back home without it. Frantic due to her family coming in from all over the country for her 100th birthday, I phoned the Office to plea for a shot. She was given one, thanks to Ada (former Office Mgr.) and the Doctor's approval. Now that might have been a life saver. How many offices do you think might do this? They're all STELLAR.
