Love Dr. O'Connell. He really listens to what I am saying and answers in terms I can understand. He takes his time with me. His staff is very nice.
My only complaint would be that he only works afternoons, which makes it very difficult to get in to see.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.
