Dr Farshidi and staff moved into a nice office a few months ago, much improved from her prev office whose landlord had building issues. I have been seeing Dr. Farshidi for a multitude of heath problems for many years. I have found her care for me to be excellent. Having scrutinized many doctors in my life time, I would say this: We often make our quickest (and superficial) judgement - in error. I watched. I found a multitude of languages being spoken, greetings of "peace", attentive staff, professional expertise, care and compassion. A rather good book - inside and out! I have recommended family and friends to her care.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. Three other set of people had the same appointment time as me. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I did not feel very welcome. Although I asked for a routine physical exam and womanly exam, I was only given a pap smear. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I would not recommend this office - the nurses are incompetent and made the billing process a complete nightmare.

She is not good with elderly. She prescribed medications that were too strong and had bad side effects, without giving the family warning of these side effects. Luckily we had a 2nd doctor to consult with. I wouldn't trust her.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
