Have been very happy with Dr. Naqvi. Her staff can be abrupt and not welcoming, but she has been great for me.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

This doctor is not caring what so ever!! Never shows up on time. Will be waiting for an hour just to have her blame you for everything, make you feel bad, then say she cant help you. She only seems interested in money.
The staff doesnt work with you! Took me 2 months for them to get my paperwork together.
They dont follow up with you.
They dont listen to you.

WORST SERVICE EVER

I wouldnt recommend this doctor to my worst enemy!!!

It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Farzana Naqvi, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
