He is wonderful. Very thorough and caring and follows up on his patients. Appointment times are well organized and the wait is minimal.

Dr. Bastien paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor made me feel very comfortable at all times and even answered my insurance questions. I never mind going to see him and actually look forward to his smiling face when we meet again.

I will absolutely return .Dr. Bastien was excellent, he cares about his patients. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
