AVOID THIS OFFICE! The "ladies" in the front office are the WORST!! RUDE, NASTY, TOTAL TRASH. The doctor is great. Nice guy! And Kim is great. But the 3 "ladies" in front should be FIRED. They obviously do not appreciate having a job in this economy. THEY ARE JUST THE WORST, SO MANY GOOD OFFICES OUT THERE AND LIFE IS TO SHORT TO DEAL WITH THE 3 "LADIES" IN THE OFFICE. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH IT! And whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. More importantly is the person that refereed us stopped going here as well based on the 3 "ladies" in the front office. I will bet this poor doctor is losing so much business...I have an idea Doctor or any new patient...call them for yourself and see the treatment. Oh and don't bother saying thanks as she normally just hangs up!. TRUST me try calling and if that goes well...wait until you get there! FIRE THEM DOCTOR...life is to short to be in pain and deal with people like that at a doctors office of all places!!

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
