Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I wish they were better organized. I waited a long time and I didn't feel very welcome. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very attractive, but I heard the doctor being very nasty with the receptionist.

Dr. Paul Collins has a gifted talent. He is not only an artist, he is cautious and caring about his patients. I had a cosmetic procedures by another doctor that I regretted, that doctor was unreasonably pricey and not anywhere near as good as Dr. Collins. My only regret is that I didn't go back to dr Collins for my last procedure. I live up the coast and thought it was to far to go back to San Luis so I went to a Plastic Surgeon in Mtn. View and got a botched job and was admitted to the hospital 2 hrs later. This would not of ever happened with Dr. Collins, I learned my lesson I'll never go elsewhere again. Dr. Collins is well worth the travel.
