They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They seem to care unconditionally about their clients. The restrooms at this office were spotless and fresh. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that you have to reschedule an appointment, they are polite and accommodating. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

As a nurse, I am very familiar with the medical profession and the service it delivers to patients. Dr. Kraffert exceed my expectations. He is a master of dermatology and addressed my issues with care and skill. He and his staff approached me with warmth and interest. I absolutely did not feel hurried by anyone. I was in and out of my appointment in a timely manner. I am grateful for the wonderful care I received. I would recommend Dr. Kraffert to my family and friends with the highest of confidence.
